No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered. All sales are considered final upon shipment.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, unused products, delayed carrier deliveries, or customer dissatisfaction after delivery. All purchases are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so that we can investigate the matter promptly.
Replacement Requests
Upon verification of a shipping error or transit damage, Everline Labs may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, shipping information, and product selections are correct before completing a purchase. Everline Labs is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information submitted during checkout.
